Our Committee meets on the first Tuesday of each month to discuss and vote on club matters related to operations, funding options, trail maintenance, club events and activities, and future projects.
Rockwheelers Club Members are welcome to attend, to listen, and contribute or just come along to see what it's all about.
The Club holds its Annual General Meeting at the end of the year in late November where all club members are invited to attend.
The purpose of an AGM is to give members a report on the Club’s activities and finances for the previous year, present plans and objectives for the coming year, allow time for members to ask questions, and to nominate and elect members for the Club’s Committee for the next 12 months.
Coinciding with the school terms, the Juniors Sub-Committee meets once a month to discuss and plan activities and events for the Rockwheelers Junior Development Program.
The program is an opportunity for school-aged children (2-14 years) to learn basic riding skills and techniques and overall gain confidence on a mountain bike.
