Here is a list of the major roles with which we need assistance:

Track preparation:

  • 7th July Working Bee – Paluma to Hidden valley
  • 14th & 15th July Working Bee – Paluma to Hidden Valley

Before the race:

  • Thursday night 19th July  ‘Goodies bags’
  • Friday 20th and/or Saturday 21st July Course marking
  • Saturday 21st July 11.00am to 1.00pm Rider Pack, t-shirts pick up at BNG
  • Saturday 22nd July (afternoon)/ Sunday 22nd (Morning) Start and Finish line set up – tents, timing gear, PA System, First aid, Spectator set up, finish line

Race Day, Sunday 22nd July:

  • Race Director Support
  • Commissaire
  • Mini bus driver
  • Car Parking Marshals – 30minute time slots from 6.00 to 8.00am
  • Race Number pick up and Rider Pack, t-shirts pick up for those not making it to BNG on Saturday
  • Race starter
  • Pull down gear at Paluma needed for finish and take gear to Hidden Valley
  • A couple of people for prize giveaway at finish line
  • Timing support – recorder, floater, computer
  • PA Announcer
  • Sweep Rider/s
  • Hidden Valley Gear Pack up
  • First Aiders
