And in between test rides, the Rockwheelers’ grill will serve up a few tasty nibblies including the following:

Eat and ride light on the days leading up to this ride so as to save room for this massive feast!
This will be a great opportunity for riders to try styles of bikes that they might only have ever seen on a shop floor or magazines and wondered how they’d actually feel on a ride. We’ll have several ride leaders going out on short loops, some loops for beginners, others for intermediate-advanced riders. The Crank’D guys will help set bikes up before riders take off (pedals, seat height, brake lever position etc). Even if you don’t want to try another bike, just come out for a Sunday morning ride, a sausage, cool drink and a chat with a bunch of friendly Rockwheelers.
Where to meet: the car park, Douglas Mountain Bike Reserve, Angus Smith Drive, Douglas
When: 7am thru until about lunch time, Sunday 14th August
Who can join: all Rockwheelers and friends of Rockwheelers.
Menu (update 13Aug2011):$2 sausage sizzle, $5 steak sandwich, $2 can drink, $4 iced coffee, $4 Gatorade
Enquiries: about the ride greg@rockwheelers.com.au; about the bikes - call Matt Jurss at Crank'D
