Event Timetable

When & Where
• Saturday 19th & Sunday 20th November
• Ross River Dam Quarry (access via the Ross Dam causeway gate).  Transition area will be at the quarry.

• Saturday 19th November

3:00 pm – access via Ross River Dam Causeway gate.
Note: A combination padlock will be installed on the causeway gate.  Please ensure the gate is left closed at all times.
3:00 to 6:00 pm – Camp set up and pre-race course riding. Collect rider number plate and jersey (if purchased) at check in desk near quarry shed.
4:00-6:00 pm – Spectators and family boat cruise. Bookings essential (0407 167 524)
6:15 pm – Race briefing
6:30 pm – Race start
7.00-8.30 – BBQ Dinner

• Sunday 20th November

6:30 am – Race finish
6:30 to 7:00 am – Breakfast
7:00 am – Presentations & random draw prizes
9:30 am – Site to be vacated
